Validity Responsibility: The company is not responsible for the expiration of the passport or the non-fulfillment of its legal requirements upon travel. Direct Taxes and Financial Instructions: Hotel Tax: The passenger is required to pay the hotel accommodation tax directly to the hotel upon arrival, as this tax is not included in the tour price and amounts to (12) Tunisian Dinars per night per person. Airport Financial Declaration: If the passenger is carrying cash exceeding ($2000) USD, they must make an official financial declaration with customs at Tunis Airport upon arrival, as well as declare the remaining amount upon departure to ensure compliance with legal procedures. Sightseeing Tours and Transportation: Optional Tours: All sightseeing tours mentioned in the itinerary are optional, and their fees are to be paid by the passenger directly to the tour representative. Transportation Fee for Non-Participants: If the passenger does not participate in all optional tours within the full package, a transportation fee of ($30) USD must be paid for transfers between Tunis and Sousse. Punctuality: Passengers must strictly adhere to the scheduled departure times for sightseeing tours as communicated by the tour representative. Itinerary Flexibility: Sightseeing tours are subject to rescheduling or shifting based on the tour representative's discretion, field conditions, and weather. Hotel Policy and Accommodation: Hotel Booking: The passenger's booking is confirmed based on the hotel displayed and specified in the agreement. Emergency Hotel Changes: In the event of an unforeseen circumstance beyond the company's control regarding the hotel booking, the company reserves the right to change the hotel and accommodate the passenger in another hotel of a similar or higher category based on availability, with no extra charges to the passenger. Hotel Change Requested by Passenger: In the event that the passenger requests to change their hotel, the availability for cancellation and modification will be checked, and price differences along with change/cancellation fees will apply according to the policies for switching from one hotel to another. Flight Schedules and Changes: Flight Modifications: The company is not responsible for any change, modification, delay, or cancellation regarding flight schedules (departure and return), whether due to emergency circumstances or regulatory decisions issued by the operating airline. Luggage and Personal Belongings: Safety of Belongings: The passenger is solely responsible for protecting and keeping track of their personal belongings. The company bears no legal or financial liability for the loss, theft, or damage of any personal items throughout the trip.
